Situated in picturesque Bothwell, boasting the largest public collection of golfing memorabilia in Australia. Associated with Ratho, Australia's oldest golf course c1838. Includes visitor information centre and shop. Open daily.
The distillery complex is centred around a convict built sandstone water mill built in (c.1823) The old mill has been restored and is used to grist the barley for the making of the whisky. Whisky is hand crafted using time honoured, traditional distillation methods in copper pots stills and timber wash backs. As a boutique facility it produces 200 casks per year. Distillery Tours are available Monday to Saturday from 10 am-4 pm.
